Last week I contacted Justin at AA Gutter Cleaning because I liked the reviews on Google. Here is another good one. He came over the day after I called and spent most of the day with a blower on my tile roof and cleaning the gutters and downspouts, which suffered from years of deferred maintenance under a prior owner. Then, at no extra charge, he blew my walkways and reviewed with me some other water drainage problems on my property. He also showed me pictures of tiles on the roof and some of the things that have changed on it over the last 30 years. Justin is committed to delighting his customer. In his opening pitch he warned me that his cost is above average. We laughed about it at the end of the day. He had done so much and spent so much time for the one fixed price that it was an incredible deal. I will be asking Justin to come out annually to clean my rooftop and gutters. He is the guy.

"AA Gutter Cleaning" was Quick, professional, and down to earth. Very affordable as well. I confess I have not had gutters cleaned in 4 years. But recently I have heard that this is a common way that a house could catch fire. Us in the Bay Area have seen embers crossing high ways. But one source I read said that if those same embers were to land in your gutter they could easily catch fire. Not sure if that's true but I didn't want to take the risk. Mine were so clogged that water was spilling over them. Squeaky clean now! One less thing to worry about! I wish I took a before picture.

Excellent service! I put a request in for a quote for our gutters to several companies on Memorial Day and Dean called me within a few hours despite getting ready to go to a BBQ. I appreciated that considering his son, Justin, is a veteran. Justin came out later that week and, after bonding with our black lab service dog, spent a lot time walking me through options for gutter protection. He was wore a mas and practiced social distancing in the time of COVID. His knowledge of the trade, including practices abroad, was impressive. Most importantly, he gave me pros and cons of all options and did not try to sell me the most expensive and was considerate of our budget. His work was efficient and excellent. We opted to have him clean our solar panels, as well. We will definitely be referring our neighbors to Dean and Justin and will be having them do our yearly maintenance for our gutters and solar panels.

I reached out to Dean at AA through Yelp and got a call back within a day. We discussed my needs and he quickly quoted a fair price. I also needed some help installing some gutter screens and he asked me to discuss directly with his son Justin. Justin's communication was outstanding - he was right on time and explained everything I needed to know and why/how he was planning to get the job done. My gutters were a mess and a number of them clogged - Justin took care of them and I'm very happy with the job. The job was clean. He had another appointment later that day but was able to squeeze in installing my screens on the 2nd floor before he left. I'd highly recommend using AA!
