I was so happy to have found AA Gutter Cleaning in Pleasant Hills, CA. I first talked to Dean (owner) in the office who was very friendly and then he sent Justin (Dean's son) out to the house. Justin was also very friendly. Justin not only cleaned our gutters but also took down 2 satellite dishes that were no longer being used. Excellent service! I put a request in for a quote for our gutters to several companies on Memorial Day and Dean called me within a few hours despite getting ready to go to a BBQ. I appreciated that considering his son, Justin, is a veteran. Justin came out later that week and, after bonding with our black lab service dog, spent a lot time walking me through options for gutter protection. He was wore a mas and practiced social distancing in the time of COVID. His knowledge of the trade, including practices abroad, was impressive. Most importantly, he gave me pros and cons of all options and did not try to sell me the most expensive and was considerate of our budget. His work was efficient and excellent. We opted to have him clean our solar panels, as well. We will definitely be referring our neighbors to Dean and Justin and will be having them do our yearly maintenance for our gutters and solar panels.
